About The Position

The Fleet & Warehouse Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate master data across supplier portals, including fleet and fuel-related systems. This role ensures data integrity for drivers, vehicles, cost centers, and associated records. It also provides targeted support to internal customers for fleet-related requests, such as fuel card administration, driver updates, and issue resolution. Additionally, the position offers hands-on coverage and operational support at plant warehouses, ensuring continuity of essential warehouse operations like material receiving, labeling, and organization. The role supports standardization initiatives across US warehouses, promotes consistent labeling practices, reinforces 5S principles, and acts as a flexible resource for procurement and inventory operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience (receiving, labeling, put-away, basic storage organization).
  • Experience working with data and records (spreadsheets, databases, portals) and maintaining accurate master data.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
  • Strong working knowledge of 5S and standard work practices.
  • English required (professional communication).

  • Technical degree or college coursework is a plus.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience supporting procurement/inventory processes (basic follow-ups, supplier communication, receiving exceptions).
  • Experience with fleet administration, fuel card programs, or vehicle data management.
  • Reliability and flexibility (able to step in quickly and adapt to different plant environments).
  • Detail-oriented recordkeeping and disciplined follow-through.
  • Service-oriented attitude with a “get it done” approach.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in single-person warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update fleet master data (drivers, cost centers) in the enterprise portal.
  • Track claims, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance records.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all fleet information.
  • Provide support for inquiries, status tracking, and approval of repairs and claims.
  • Manage lost plates, status changes, and compliance inspections (safety & emissions).
  • Update mileage in the system and support annual budget analysis.
  • Administer fuel card activities: request new cards, replacements, and cancellations; monitor and resolve card issues and failures.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date fuel card database, including drivers, PIN management records, and cost center and G/Ls assignments.
  • Ensure fuel cards remain assigned to the correct vehicles and that data integrity is maintained between vehicle records and fuel card records.
  • Perform updates in the fuel card portal and coordinate corrections as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of the fuel card process.
  • Support compliance readiness by maintaining organized documentation and process clarity for fuel card governance.
  • Provide internal customer support for fuel card issues and manage replacement requests.
  • Provide on-site warehouse coverage at assigned plants to ensure uninterrupted service during absences.
  • Receive materials: verify deliveries against documentation, coordinate discrepancies, and communicate exceptions to Inventory/Purchasing.
  • Perform material labeling and tagging according to the standard and execute put-away/organization to maintain orderly storage locations.
  • Support internal customer service by ensuring timely material availability and accurate basic receiving/handling activities.
  • Act as the plant point-of-contact for Inventory and Purchasing while covering the site.
  • Support Buyers with targeted follow-ups for specific open items when requested.
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Manager on implementation of warehouse standardization ideas and improvements.
  • Implement and sustain a consistent labeling/tagging standard across US warehouses.
  • Champion 5S practices in daily warehouse activities and during site coverage.
  • Identify practical improvement opportunities and coordinate implementation with the Inventory leadership team.
