Requirements

At least 2 years' experience as an automotive technician or have graduated from a trade school.
Hold ASE Certifications in Suspension & Steering (A4) and Brakes (A5), or be ready to earn them within your first year of employment.
At least 18 years old.
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
Open to travel (5-10%).

Responsibilities

Perform basic mechanical repairs to include oil changes, mounting and balancing tires, tire repair, brake and part replacements.
Complete Pre delivery inspections on fleet vehicles as required by management.
Achieve daily output goals and maintain the minimum efficiency of 100%.
Use PPE every time repairs are performed always including usage of Safety Glasses while in the automotive shops.
Conduct daily clean-up of work area and maintains a clean work environment.
