Role Overview The Fleet Support Associate is responsible for ensuring Sally vehicles are ready, safe, clean, and available for customer use by executing day-to-day fleet logistics and vehicle readiness processes. This role supports operational performance by transporting vehicles between locations, completing readiness checks, coordinating fueling and cleaning, and responding to vehicle-related issues quickly and accurately. The Fleet Associate plays a critical role in keeping the fleet moving and minimizing downtime. Expected Hours: Business Hours Success in this role looks like vehicles being consistently staged and ready for drivers, fleet tasks completed quickly and accurately, and minimal operational delays due to vehicle readiness issues. Key performance metrics include: Vehicle readiness completion rate Fleet task turnaround time Utilization support outcomes (vehicles staged and available on time) Vehicle issue response time Error rate in vehicle offboarding and system updates
