About The Position

Southern Tire Mart is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for fleet customers. This role involves managing account support, billing portals, and reporting, ensuring the accuracy of fleet service records, and generating various reports for stakeholders. The specialist will also assist with invoicing and billing, provide excellent customer service, and support compliance with company standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to fleet operations through administrative and support tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to learn company systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Some college coursework preferred
Previous experience in customer service, fleet support, logistics, or administrative roles preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for fleet customers regarding account support, billing portals, and reporting.
Ensure fleet service records are accurate and up to date within company systems.
Generate reports for customers and internal stakeholders on fleet condition, service history, and cost analysis.
Assist with invoicing and billing support.
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
Support compliance with company safety, operational, and quality standards.
Perform other administrative or support tasks as needed to assist fleet operations.
