About The Position

The Fleet Specialist provides administrative support to the Fleet Manager. The employee ensures efficiency through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Previous professional experience in accounting is preferred. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Must meet I-9 requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fleet operations, maintenance coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic mechanical knowledge a plus
  • Comfortable using maintenance tracking systems and spreadsheets
  • Previous professional experience in accounting is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fleet maintenance and service schedules
  • Track vehicle repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
  • Support shop mechanics with parts ordering and documentation
  • Maintain fleet records and compliance documentation
  • Assist with vendor coordination and vehicle readiness
