About The Position

In this role, you'll work closely with technicians, engineers, program managers, and operations teams to coordinate repairs, monitor fleet health, maintain accurate maintenance records, and improve operational processes. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced service, operations, logistics, or automotive environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes, maintenance operations, or fleet management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Must comply with company safety policies, including wearing ASTM F2412/F2413 compliant safety footwear when required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using project management or ticketing systems such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Automotive service, fleet maintenance, or repair operations.
  • Fleet health monitoring, maintenance scheduling, or service coordination.
  • Inventory or parts management.
  • Data reporting, dashboard creation, and process documentation.
  • Working in fast-paced operations or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with scheduling teams to plan vehicle repairs and optimize shop capacity.
  • Monitor fleet health, review open vehicle issues, and create action plans to support timely repairs.
  • Perform quality reviews of repair orders to ensure repairs are properly documented and completed.
  • Maintain accurate historical records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fleet health.
  • Assist in creating and improving technical documentation, procedures, and operational processes.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly fleet performance reports.
  • Track repair feedback and help identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
  • Support Program Managers in meeting operational goals and fleet readiness targets.
  • Assist with parts ordering, inventory tracking, and ensuring parts availability for scheduled repairs.
  • Work alongside technicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams to support daily repair operations.
  • Conduct periodic shop safety inspections and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Support preventive maintenance scheduling and tracking.
  • Coordinate vehicle calibration requests and maintenance activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with vehicle movement requests and operational logistics as needed.
