About The Position

The Supervisor is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and cleaning the shuttle van. This position does not require the supervisor to repair the vehicles. The role mainly consists of coordinating with our offsite repair shop, maintaining repair records, and reviewing driver vehicle inspections. It requires supporting daily transportation services by minimizing downtime and maintaining vehicles according to company and manufacturer standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as an automotive or diesel mechanic.
• CDL A/B Valid driver’s license (passenger endorsement is required).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20-50 lbs. and work in various shop conditions.
• CDL with passenger endorsement + DOT medical card

Nice To Haves

• Technical school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct safety inspections to ensure vehicles meet DOT and company standards.
• Complete work orders and maintain records accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure all shuttle vehicles comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
