About The Position
Supervise employees in the Fleet shop related to the scheduling and assignment of operational repair and maintenance of the City’s fleet of vehicles and equipment. Oversee customer service, parts inventory, and preventative maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school, or GED
- Mechanical trade school
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a journeyman mechanic, some of which was at a supervisory level
- Possess or be able to obtain prior to hire a valid driver’s license.
