About The Position

The Fleet Services Experienced Automotive Technician is the top of the maintenance team, focused on diagnostics and repair. The role maintains equipment through a preventative maintenance program and handles complex repairs, including engine and transmission overhauls. This master technician position assumes a leadership role through product knowledge and a high standard of quality.

Requirements

• At least three years of vehicle maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform vehicle repairs with oversight.
• Ability to repair vehicles independently and work well in a team environment.
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire-changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools.
• Must have tools needed to perform necessary repairs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school education.
• ASE certification.
