Fleet Services Coordinator
About The Position
Lucas Tree Experts, a leader in the tree care industry, is growing and looking to add a Fleet Services Coordinator at our Riverside Location in Portland Maine. This is a full-time, hourly position, working Monday-Friday with some overtime as needed to meet business demand. Travel is not typical in this role. Pay is dependent upon experience. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and productive administrator with a strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills. The Fleet Services Coordinator will be responsible for service advising, vendor and inventory management, and support across a decentralized fleet with a mix of light duty vehicles, Aerial lifts, off-road equipment, wood-chippers, trailers, and ATVs.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and strong analytic skills

- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Able to lift and move 25 pounds
- Highschool diploma, GED or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Service advising
- Vendor and inventory management
- Support across a decentralized fleet with a mix of light duty vehicles, Aerial lifts, off-road equipment, wood-chippers, trailers, and ATVs
- Parts ordering and purchasing
- Shipping
- Scheduling and managing repairs
- Coordinating off-road equipment transportation and repairs
