About The Position

Billor is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support fleet inventory management and truck delivery operations. The primary focus is maintaining accurate inventory records for flatbed kits, securing gear, and specialized fleet equipment, including physical counts and updates in inventory systems. The role also supports delivery operations by preparing and delivering Class 8 trucks to drivers and confirming that required equipment, documentation, and system check-ins are complete before dispatch.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in fleet operations, yard management, warehouse inventory, or heavy logistics support.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer and tablet literacy to use inventory software, system tracking, and digital check-in applications.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to perform physically intensive work involving frequent walking, lifting heavy equipment, bending, climbing into and out of trucks, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Basic familiarity with flatbed securement gear such as tarps, straps, chains, and winches.
A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine physical counts of flatbed kits, securing gear, and specialized fleet equipment.
Update inventory levels in fleet systems software to maintain accurate, real-time records.
Use fleet software to process and track prepared Class 8 trucks and physically deliver them to drivers.
Verify that required gear, paperwork, and system check-ins are complete before driver dispatch.
