We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet & Operations Coordinator to be the communication hub of our 24/7 dispatch center, playing a vital role in maintaining our high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence. SkyHop Global is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Fleet & Operations Coordinator to serve as the central communication hub for our 24/7 airline crew transportation operation. In this role, you will coordinate real-time communication between airline flight crews, airline partners, station leadership, and drivers to ensure the safe, reliable, and on-time transportation of airline pilots and flight attendants. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, mission-critical position requiring the ability to simultaneously manage multiple phone calls, crew requests, driver communications, dispatch issues, operational reports, emails, system updates, radio traffic, and rapidly changing operational conditions while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two (2) or more years of dispatch experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Four (4) or more years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with GPS/tracking systems, dispatch software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to remain composed, make sound decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing operational environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor airline crew transportation to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time service.
Serve as the primary point of communication between airline crew members, drivers, station leadership, airline partners, and the Operations Control Center (OCC).
Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously, including phone calls, emails, dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, radio communications, and operational messaging platforms.
Monitor vehicle locations and dispatch activity, adjusting schedules and assignments in response to flight delays, traffic conditions, weather events, vehicle issues, and other operational changes.
Coordinate driver assignments while maintaining service standards and maximizing operational efficiency.
Accurately document operational activity, service disruptions, incidents, and schedule changes in company systems.
Identify operational risks and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Collaborate closely with fellow dispatchers and operations team members to ensure seamless coverage across a shared dispatch environment.
