About The Position

As our Fleet Manager, you will take ownership of HOLY's epic vehicle fleet and ensure our Field Force and Sales teams can rely on well-maintained, cost-efficient, and fully operational vehicles every day. In this part-time role, you will coordinate the full fleet lifecycle, from procurement, leasing, branding, and handovers to accidents, repairs, insurance topics, fines, invoices, and vehicle returns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and service providers to keep all fleet-related processes running smoothly. This role is key to supporting our growing retail business by creating reliable, simple, and scalable fleet operations behind the scenes.

  • Hands-on and solution-oriented: You are comfortable taking ownership of operational problems directly and finding pragmatic solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-driven: You can keep track of multiple vehicles, contracts, and open topics at the same time while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Cost-conscious mindset: You actively look for ways to make fleet operations more efficient and cost-effective.
  • Strong communicator in German and English: You communicate clearly both in German and English.
  • Calm under pressure: You stay structured and reliable in urgent situations such as accidents, damages, breakdowns, or last-minute operational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Fleet procurement & lifecycle management: Own the end-to-end administration of our vehicle fleet, from coordinating new vehicle orders and leasing contracts to handovers, returns, and end-of-life disposal. Ensure our Field Force and Sales teams always have reliable, well-maintained, and cost-efficient vehicles available when needed.
  • Vehicle branding & operational setup: Coordinate vehicle wrapping, branding, equipment, and setup in line with HOLY's brand standards. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every vehicle is ready for daily field operations.
  • Accident, insurance & repair management: Act as the first point of contact for accidents, damages, breakdowns, and insurance claims. Document incidents, coordinate repairs with workshops, and keep drivers and internal stakeholders informed throughout the process.
  • Cost, invoice & compliance tracking: Track fleet-related costs, fines, invoices, contracts. Identify opportunities to reduce costs across while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Stakeholder & partner coordination: Serve as the central contact for Field Force, leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and other service providers. Build simple, reliable processes that make fleet-related topics easy to manage for all stakeholders.
