Requirements

  • Managed a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units.
  • Set spares levels from failure data and defended the working capital they consume.
  • Kept asset records accurate enough to survive an audit without a scramble.
  • Run RMA and warranty recovery programs that returned real money.

Responsibilities

  • Own the hardware fleet lifecycle: receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, and decommission across every site.
  • Set spares strategy per site, levels, locations, and replenishment triggers, balancing availability against capital.
  • Track fleet health and utilization so aging, failure rates, and warranty positions drive decisions instead of surprises.
  • Coordinate fleet moves between sites, from packaging standards to chain of custody.
