About The Position
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This involves rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power to designing, building, and operating data centers. The Supply Chain Team is crucial to this mission, focusing on supplying 10GW of compute, qualifying equipment, ensuring supply chain enables faster builds, and building accurate supply chain prediction models using AI. Requirements
- Managed a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units.
- Set spares levels from failure data and defended the working capital they consume.
- Kept asset records accurate enough to survive an audit without a scramble.
- Run RMA and warranty recovery programs that returned real money.

Responsibilities
- Own the hardware fleet lifecycle: receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, and decommission across every site.
- Set spares strategy per site, levels, locations, and replenishment triggers, balancing availability against capital.
- Track fleet health and utilization so aging, failure rates, and warranty positions drive decisions instead of surprises.
- Coordinate fleet moves between sites, from packaging standards to chain of custody.
