About The Position

The Fleet Manager is responsible for ensuring the availability, utilization, and condition of the rental fleet. This role focuses on maximizing uptime, supporting branch operations, and maintaining a cost-efficient, well-balanced fleet.

Requirements

• 5+ years in heavy equipment, rental, or fleet operations.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment.
• Organized, hands-on, and data-aware.
• Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of capital budgeting and ROI analysis.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP, rental management, and fleet management systems preferred.
