About The Position

As a Fleet Manager, you will handle all dispatch responsibilities for your fleet of truck drivers and work closely with PGT customers to ensure the safe and reliable shipment of freight. You are the primary resource for PGT drivers and will build close relationships with them to understand their revenue and home time requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze available loads efficiently and dispatch drivers appropriately to maximize revenue and support driver goals.
• Coach drivers to achieve company metrics for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with drivers, staff, and customers to ensure safe and reliable transportation service.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required by business needs or assigned by management.
