About The Position

As a Fleet Manager Trainee, you will learn to lead a team of up to 45 drivers and support their productivity, safety, and customer service. The company provides comprehensive training through an experienced Fleet Manager mentor, online learning, classroom training, team activities, and hands-on and computer-based instruction. The goal is to prepare you to lead your own fleet as a Fleet Manager after completing training. The role also offers hourly pay and a bonus during training; after training, compensation changes to a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn a second monthly bonus. Eligible benefits include medical and dental coverage, a 401(k), profit sharing, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, and/or hospitality.
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication with a diverse audience via phone, email, and text.
• Ability to work with dual-screen computer monitors.

• No prior transportation experience is required.
