This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing refrigeration units to ensure all units run safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid Driver Licence
• Own tools
• Positive team attitude
• Grade 12 education (OSSD) or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Refrigeration and engine repair experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair transport refrigeration units as required
• Diagnose and repair engines, refrigeration systems and electrical controls/wiring
• Complete regularly scheduled maintenance services (i.e. oil and filter changes, unit inspections, etc.)
• Understand the reefer department service program for preventative maintenance on each unit.
• Use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required
• Work safely and maintain a clean and tidy work place
• All other duties as required.
