The core responsibility is to ensure that business objectives and labor requirements are met, customer needs are satisfied, and to balance financial, operating, quality, safety, and asset targets against business demands. The Ops Supervisor is responsible for managing the location's performance against key metrics to achieve or exceed assigned objectives. This role is designed for cross-functional training, enabling the incumbent to provide backup support within the shop.
