The Operations Supervisor is tasked with achieving business objectives, meeting labor requirements, and ensuring customer needs are met while balancing financial, operational, quality, safety, and asset targets. This position involves managing location performance against metrics, cross-training to support other shop roles, and adhering to all Ryder Maintenance Operations policies and procedures. It is considered a developmental role, preparing incumbents for an Operations Manager position, offering continuous on-the-job experience and opportunities for internal promotion and a long-lasting career.
