About The Position

Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a hands-on, results-driven Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to lead its Winter Haven service location. The manager will oversee shop teams and operations, reduce downtime, manage inventory and preventive maintenance programs, and deliver high-quality customer service. The role involves coordinating shop scheduling and workloads, developing technicians, maintaining safety programs, monitoring performance, and supporting hands-on shop work during peak periods. The position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in a similar role, preferably in the truck and trailer repair industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel equipment, trailers, and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a toolbox and required tools.
• Experience with safety compliance and repair industry best practices.
