About The Position

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee a busy 10-bay maintenance facility supporting a large fleet of diesel trucks, service vehicles and support equipment in Dallas. We are ideally looking for someone who has come up through the shop — preferably a former Diesel Mechanic or Heavy-Duty Technician who has progressed into a Service Manager, Shop Manager or Fleet Manager position. This is primarily a management role, but we are looking for someone who understands the equipment, can effectively lead technicians and is comfortable getting involved on the shop floor when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fleet maintenance professional who enjoys leading a team while remaining connected to the day-to-day operation of the shop. We are looking for someone who can keep the fleet running, support the technicians and bring a proactive approach to maintenance, cost control and long-term asset management.
