This is not your typical mechanic role, every day brings something different. Position Overview This position will support the maintenance, repair, organization, and improvement of company equipment, vehicles, tools, and shop operations across multiple locations. You will be responsible for working on a variety of equipment such as: Boom Trucks Press Trucks Forklifts Trailers Shop Equipment Lawn Mowers & Small Engines Light & Medium Duty Vehicles Specialty Equipment Custom Projects & Fabrication Work

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
  • Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
  • Experience working on equipment, vehicles, or machinery preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a shop environment and occasionally traveling to company locations.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work with tools and equipment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work a full shift, arrive on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet business demands with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance, repair, organization, and improvement of company equipment, vehicles, tools, and shop operations across multiple locations.
  • Work on a variety of equipment including Boom Trucks, Press Trucks, Forklifts, Trailers, Shop Equipment, Lawn Mowers & Small Engines, Light & Medium Duty Vehicles, Specialty Equipment, and Custom Projects & Fabrication Work.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on company equipment and vehicles.
  • Engage in fabrication and creative problem-solving.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
  • Think independently and figure things out.
  • Occasionally travel to company locations.
  • Continue learning and developing new skills.
