As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, taking ownership from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of the vehicle leasing/purchasing process
  • A clean driving record
  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, execute tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from management, clients, and other departments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook platforms
  • Good understanding of vehicles and equipment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
  • A desire to grow personally and professionally with each project while working in a team environment to create designs and drawings supporting our client's overall project goal

Responsibilities

  • Maintain electronic databases of leases, registration, inspections, recalls, and maintenance of fleet management
  • Ensure fleet availability to meet all request by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current use
  • Weekly reporting of all mileage for company vehicles
  • Assist annual fleet review
  • Maintain fuel program and ensure proper usage and assignments
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of all company vehicles
  • Develop maintenance plans for all company vehicle types
  • Assist with the acquisition and disposal of company vehicles
  • Inform management of concerns or needs in a timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve all complaints, questions, and problems associated with company vehicles
  • Monitor driver performance to ensure compliance to policies, laws, and regulations
  • Help manage driver assignments
  • Assist with vehicle accident handling
  • Perform other duties as assigned
