The Fleet Care Supervisor is responsible for supervising a large group of employees engaged in Utility/Fuel work. This position requires strong communication with various departments, including parts, maintenance, operations, and dispatch, to ensure smooth operations and timely vehicle readiness. The supervisor also plays a key role in reporting issues, accidents, and safety concerns to management, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures. The role may involve working night shifts and weekends, performing quality control inspections, and conducting daily meetings with utility and fueler teams.
