About The Position

TotalRecon is seeking a Fleet Associate to assist in managing vehicle operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and helping ensure efficient fleet performance. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both drivers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Passion for cars and mobility – You love keeping vehicles in top shape.
• Detail-oriented & organized – You stay on top of schedules, paperwork, and vehicle conditions.
• Hands-on & proactive – You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• Strong communication skills – You work well with drivers, mechanics, and management.
• Valid driver’s license – You may need to move vehicles or assist with deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle check-ins, inspections, and readiness to ensure top performance.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks, clean interiors, and ensure all cars are road-ready.
• Keep track of vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and key documentation.
• Work closely with the service and operations teams to optimize fleet availability.
