About The Position

The Sr Fleet Analyst develops analytics to drive continuous improvement and the strategic direction of the fleet. The role develops and productionizes key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor fleet and operational team performance. It uses analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to automate workflows, streamline reporting, accelerate insights, and provide actionable recommendations. The analyst creates executive-level visualizations and presentations and partners across functions to support fleet strategy and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, automate processes, generate insights, and support business decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Three or more years of analytics experience, including work with large datasets and analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Python expertise and experience with PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and real-time reporting tools to measure performance, provide visibility into fleet operations for operational teams and executive leadership, and drive continuous improvement.
• Use analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to automate workflows, streamline reporting, accelerate insight generation, and deliver recommendations that improve fleet performance and strategic decision-making.
• Create executive-level data visualizations and presentations that translate complex data into clear business insights and key takeaways.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align fleet strategy, support business objectives, and influence data-driven decision-making across the organization.
