About The Position

Clarke Vehicare has an immediate opening for a Fleet Administrator - Customer Support Representative to build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers. This opening is for our Cincinnati Fleet Maintenance Center located in Sharonville, OH. This is a great opportunity with a growing company.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of similar experience, preferred working with customers
  • Automotive or Trucking background preferred
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with computers and the Microsoft Office suite of products (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Extra helpful to have Oracle, Excede and Made2Manage ERP software experience- a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers' fleet management & driver personnel, customers' local business management & department leaders
  • Vendor management and adherence to maintenance policies
  • Collect relevant repair & maintenance data and keep customers' vehicles operating in good mechanical condition
  • Manage phones for the breakdown center & email communications associated with 24/7 roadside assistance for the VehiCare customer base
  • Develops and nurtures strong business relationships with on-site repair vendors and dealership shops within the VehiCare repair shop network
  • Analyzes repair estimates to determine if work is necessary and negotiates discounted rates for repairs
  • Heavy Data Entry
  • Utilize complex fleet management & account payables operating platforms to enter repair and purchase order details to the level of departmental policies
  • Quick thinking, ability to follow departmental policies around breakdown work, with the ability to improvise and identify creative solutions to vehicle-related breakdown issues
  • Maintains harmony among workers and helps resolve grievances
  • Adjusts/corrects errors and fields and responds to complaints in a timely & appropriate manner
  • Will work in conjunction with the Billing Team to follow up on invoicing questions & concerns
  • Answer and direct customer calls for Clarke Power Services
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Mandatory rotating schedule of carrying an emergency on-call phone (Holidays/Weekends)
