About The Position

Golderado Contracting Corporation is seeking a Fleet Administrator to manage fleet vehicles, dozers, excavators, loaders, rock trucks, graders, packers, etc. The role will focus on billing and invoicing equipment for the Silverado Shop, ensuring compliance with company policies, and processing equipment and vehicle rentals. This position requires a high level of professionalism and interpersonal interaction, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment.

  • Knowledge of accounting systems and equipment tracking software.
  • Experience working with heavy equipment rentals or construction fleet operations.
  • Interest in construction equipment and fleet operations.

Responsibilities

  • Billing and invoicing equipment for the Silverado Shop.
  • Ensuring full compliance with the company's Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies.
  • Responding to project requests with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal interaction.
  • Processing equipment rentals and issuing Purchase Orders (PO's).
  • Processing vehicle rentals.
  • Collecting and organizing invoices, documentation, and equipment photos from vendors, drivers, and accounts payable.
  • Setting up accounts with vendors to support sites.
  • Working with rental companies once units are returned, issuing Work Orders (WO's) to the appropriate sites.
  • Packaging major repairs for site chargebacks (primarily for billing).
  • Job and equipment planning within the scope of existing fleet and rental inventory.
  • Ensuring clients receive equipment and tracking through various software and telematics.
  • Performing other administrative duties as required.
  • Handling conflict and determining solutions while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
  • Working in a dynamic fast-paced construction environment while maintaining clarity, focus and calm.
