About The Position

Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking a full-time Fleet Administrator to maintain and organize fleet maintenance records, work orders, and service schedules. This role involves communicating with mechanics, vendors, and management regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs, tracking preventive maintenance schedules, and assisting with ordering vehicle parts and supplies. The Fleet Administrator will also be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in spreadsheets and fleet management systems, monitoring invoices and receipts, and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Additionally, the position requires assisting with scheduling appointments, coordinating service repairs, and ensuring all maintenance files are kept current and organized.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn fleet management software
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to sit for longer periods of time
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and maintenance terminology
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer use
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office or fleet maintenance experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in transportation, trucking, or fleet maintenance environments
  • Familiarity with work orders, service records, and inventory tracking
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and administrative support
