Lucas Tree Experts, a leader in the tree care industry, is growing and looking to add a Fleet Administrative Coordinator at our Riverside Location in Portland Maine. This is a full-time hourly administrative position, working Monday-Friday with some overtime as needed to meet business demand. Travel is not typical in this role. Pay is dependent upon experience. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and productive administrator with a strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills. The Fleet Administrative Coordinator will be tasked with completing detailed tasks related to a large decentralized fleet: vehicle registrations, fuel tax reporting, receiving, data entry, and other support related tasks and administrative needs.
