About The Position

Car Spa, Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Fleet Account Manager to develop, manage, and grow relationships with commercial fleet clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue through new business development, maintaining strong client partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for fleet washing, detailing, and oil change programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, outside sales, or fleet services preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective fleet accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within target industries such as delivery services, transportation, municipalities, rental fleets, dealerships, and service companies
  • Conduct client outreach
  • Prepare proposals, pricing agreements, service contracts, and account renewals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and according to client expectations
  • Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality; resolve issues proactively and professionally
  • Track sales activity, account status, and revenue performance
  • Meet or exceed sales and account growth targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to help shape service offerings and pricing strategies
  • Support collections and billing follow-up as needed to ensure healthy account performance
