Sells new or used vehicles to commercial/fleet customers at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction. This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Sells new or used vehicles to commercial or fleet customers at a profit, meets dealership sales goals, greets customers and determines vehicle needs, explains features and demonstrates vehicle operation, suggests optional equipment, computes and quotes sales price, completes sales paperwork, arranges for delivery and registration, researches vehicle availability, engages in business development, addresses customer concerns, maintains CSI at or above Company standards, maintains an organized, clean and safe work area, participates in required training, records all hours worked accurately, follows Safeguards rules and regulations, demonstrates the Company’s Core Values, and complies with Company policies and procedures. Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties as assigned.
