About The Position
The Flatline Catcher Feeder position involves managing the flow of products through various finishing stages, including primer, sealer, and topcoat application. Key duties include the careful handling, racking, and transportation of products and carts. The role requires feeding and catching products, ensuring correct orientation and precise color matching. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for completing necessary documentation and performing routine maintenance on equipment. This role demands strong attention to detail, the ability to accurately recognize and match colors, and the capacity to maintain workflow in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle products with care.
- Ability to recognize and match colors accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain workflow.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 30lbs. or more and move heavy carts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage workflow through finishing stages (primer, sealer, topcoat)
- Handle, rack, and transport products and carts
