About The Position

Catcher Needed Wrap Pack, Inc a Tekni-Plex Facility Come grow with us! We are a proven essential business protecting your food. The Catcher is responsible for supporting production operations by handling, organizing, and preparing paper materials as they come off the production line. This role ensures product quality, maintains workflow efficiency, and supports machine operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Straighten and align paper products as they exit the production line to ensure quality and consistency
• Lift, stack, and organize finished materials onto skids in accordance with production standards
• Replace large rolls of paper as needed to maintain continuous production flow
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities to the operator or supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies
• Assist machine operators and other team members as needed
