About The Position
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Regional/OTR Specialist to support our operations. This full-time, 1099 contractor position offers a base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 guaranteed, with weekly pay. The role involves consistent, high-quality freight on predictable routes with scheduled home time. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a flexible spending account and fuel card, along with supplemental pay through bonus opportunities, performance bonuses, and quarterly bonuses. Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of OTR driving experience.
- Valid CDL Class A.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, professional attitude.

- Experience with dryvan or reefer loads.
- Driving endorsements.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A truck for regional and over-the-road (OTR) routes.
- Transport flatbed, dryvan, or reefer loads.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional attitude.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Be comfortable staying out 3-4 weeks at a time, with guaranteed home time each month (unless unforeseen circumstances arise and are communicated in advance).
