About The Position
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Regional/OTR Specialist to support our operations. This role involves consistent, high-quality freight with predictable routes and scheduled home time. We offer a professional and supportive dispatch and operations team, with a strong focus on safety and driver satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of OTR driving experience.
- Valid CDL Class A.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, professional attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dryvan or reefer loads.
- Driving endorsements.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A Flatbed truck regionally or over-the-road (OTR).
- Ensure safe operation and adherence to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and operations teams.
- Be comfortable staying out 3-4 weeks at a time, with guaranteed home time each month (unless unforeseen circumstances arise and are communicated in advance).
- Handle dryvan or reefer loads as a plus.
