About The Position
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Regional/OTR Specialist to support our operations. This is a full-time, 1099 contractor position with a focus on OTR (Over-the-Road) regional routes. The role involves driving dry van or reefer loads and requires flexibility to be out 3-4 weeks at a time, with guaranteed home time each month. We offer predictable routes, scheduled home time, and a strong focus on safety and driver satisfaction, supported by professional dispatch and operations teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of OTR driving experience.
- Valid CDL Class A.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, professional attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dryvan or reefer loads.
- Driving endorsements.
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently on OTR regional routes.
- Transport dry van or reefer loads.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, being out 3-4 weeks at a time.
