About The Position
Zimbrick Eastside Buick-GMC is hiring an experienced Flat-Rate Service Technician for its Madison, Wisconsin service department. The department has a consistent workload, and technicians regularly have the opportunity to flag 50+ hours per week. GM experience is preferred but not required. The shop offers newer equipment and technology, support from experienced Service and Parts teams, paid manufacturer training, and in-house mentorship. The role offers competitive flat-rate and hourly pay with a wage guarantee, along with benefits and other employee offerings.
Requirements
- Experience as an automotive technician.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Pride in quality workmanship and fixing vehicles right the first time.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
