About The Position

ATS Traffic is seeking Flaggers to join their team in Langley, BC, and surrounding cities for the 2026 season. Flaggers are responsible for directing traffic and ensuring safety on the roads by signaling vehicles when to slow down, stop, and proceed. This is a safety-sensitive position with a zero-tolerance policy for marijuana use. The role requires working outdoors in all types of weather. ATS offers hands-on training and competitive wages.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Shift availability until December 2026
• Must have a vehicle to get to job sites around the city
• Undergo and pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test
• Ability to successfully pass a Fit Test including lifting between 35 to 50 pounds
• Ability to travel for work out of town, overnight hotel stays required
• A valid TCP ticket is required
• Bring a pair of CSA Approved Safety Boots on your first day
