About The Position

Currently seeking a Fixed Operations Director for a growing Automotive Group based in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will be driven to train and develop our future leaders while growing the business! This position will require a minimum of five years previous Automotive experience overseeing multiple roof tops.

Requirements

• Minimum of at-least 3-5yrs Automotive experience
• Great interpersonal skills
• Attentive to detail
• At-least eighteen years of age
• Valid Drivers License
• Able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and communicating requirements for fixed operations personnel, productivity, profits and Customer Satisfaction to the dealership personnel.
• Recruiting, and training, when necessary, fixed management personnel for the dealerships in his/her region.
• Supervising dealership management in areas pertinent to manufacturer and dealership goals and procedures.
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with Management at all levels, dealership management and personnel, as well as members of his/her team.
• Assuring that dealership fixed management is focused on achieving the departmental goals set by dealership management.
• Monitoring and instructing that all dealership activities are performed according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
• Assisting dealership fixed management in forecasting goals and objectives for personnel, expenses, sales and profits.
• Making recommendations to dealership management.
• Actively encouraging the recruitment of dealership management candidates from internal and external sources.
• Assisting dealership fixed operations in implementing and consistently performing accepted processes as determined by dealership management and the manufacturer.
• Ensuring that reporting systems required by general management and the manufacturer are maintained.
• Holding Fixed Operations meetings within markets on a regular basis.
• Monitoring all regional warranty operations for factory compliance, plus timely and accurate claim filing.
• Working with dealership General Management to assist in all segments of Fixed Operation’s personnel, processes and profitability.
