About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Fabricator for a steel fabrication facility. The role involves fabricating, assembling, and welding structural steel components according to blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings. It requires attention to detail, knowledge of steel fabrication processes, and proficiency in using hand and power tools. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a 15% shift differential. Pay is $22–$28 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in structural steel fabrication or a related field.
• Experience working in a job shop environment rather than production.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
• Familiarity with steel fabrication tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment.

Nice To Haves

• TIG welding experience.
• Stick welding experience.
