Join Slate — the team behind spotless spaces at a premier national boutique fitness studio brand. We're hiring a Night Cleaner and Lead Cleaner for 2 locations in the Millburn area. The role assigned (Cleaner or Lead) will be determined based on your experience and interview — we're looking for the right person first. Slate is a fast-growing cleaning company serving top fitness and lifestyle brands. We're building a team of dependable, detail-oriented pros who take pride in their work — and we invest in the people who show up.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional cleaning experience
- Comfortable working nights and independently
- Reliable transportation to all locations in your group
- Smartphone with mobile data
- Willingness to travel between locations on your schedule
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain fitness studio spaces after hours (equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby)
- Follow a detailed checklist and photo documentation for every visit
- Use our mobile app to clock in/out, complete checklists, and upload photos
- As a Lead: conduct weekly supply inventory and support cleaner performance
