Fitness Studio Manager
About The Position
Stretch Zone is hiring a full-time Fitness Studio Manager to help lead its Fayetteville and Rogers, Arkansas studios. This hands-on management role divides time between delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as a trained Stretch Practitioner and helping lead studio operations and staff. The role suits someone interested in fitness and wellness, comfortable working with people and sales goals, and ready to develop their management skills. Previous experience managing multiple locations is not required. The manager supports team members, helps manage staffing and schedules, introduces prospective members to Stretch Zone, follows up with leads and missed appointments, coaches the team toward studio performance goals, and provides a strong member experience at both locations. The position requires reliable transportation between Fayetteville and Rogers and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends based on studio needs. Stretch Zone helps members improve mobility and range of motion and reduce stiffness through practitioner-assisted stretching.
Requirements
- Enjoy fitness, health, wellness, and working with people.
- Have leadership, supervisory, coaching, sales, or team-lead experience, or be ready to take that next step.
- Be confident, dependable, organized, and comfortable working toward goals.
- Enjoy being active and working directly with clients.
- Have reliable transportation and be able to work at both Fayetteville and Rogers.
- Have flexibility to work some evenings and weekends based on studio needs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in personal training, gyms, boutique fitness, wellness, membership sales, retail leadership, hospitality, or another people-focused environment.
- A fitness-related degree or certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support team members.
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
- Help manage staffing, schedules, and daily studio operations.
- Introduce prospective members to Stretch Zone and help grow memberships.
- Follow up with leads, missed appointments, and prospective members.
- Coach the team and help achieve studio performance goals.
- Provide an exceptional experience for members at both locations.
