About The Position

This role is for a Fitness Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. It is described as a front-row seat to how a high-performing fitness studio operates and a step toward becoming a Coach or Studio Manager. The associate will learn sales, community building, studio operations, and member experience. No prior experience is required, only energy and a passion for fitness and people.

Requirements

• Naturally outgoing - you start conversations, not just respond to them
• Comfortable on the phone, in person, and over text or DM
• Motivated by goals and excited when you hit them
• Passionate about fitness - you don't need to be an expert, just a believer
• Reliable, organized, and honest with your follow-through
• A team player who makes everyone around them better
• Available for Afternoon / Evening Shift Monday - Friday Shifts between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Be the first face members and guests see - make it count
• Give studio tours and confidently guide prospects toward membership
• Follow up on leads through calls, texts, and CRM tracking
• Drive membership sales and help hit studio-wide goals
• Support new members through their first workout alongside Coaches
• Maintain a clean, energized, and well-organized studio floor
• Participate in grassroots events and partner activations
