We are seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Fitness Instructor & Wellness Coach to work alongside six teenage boys residing in a foster home and help cultivate a culture centered around fitness, discipline, confidence, and accountability. This role extends far beyond leading workouts; it requires someone who understands that meaningful relationships are the foundation for lasting growth and positive behavioral change. The ideal candidate will be able to build trust, consistency, and authentic connections with the youth in a way that motivates them to willingly engage in early morning workouts and wellness routines, even on the days when motivation is low. This individual should be energetic, dependable, and encouraging, with the ability to challenge youth while simultaneously fostering a supportive and respectful environment. A core component of this role is helping young people develop resilience, follow through on commitments, and build confidence in themselves both physically and mentally. The ideal candidate understands that trust and connection are the foundation of meaningful change and is able to build strong relationships that inspire youth to commit to early morning workouts and healthy routines, even when motivation is low. Working closely with residential staff, the Fitness Instructor & Wellness Coach will lead structured and engaging workouts for youth with varying fitness levels while serving as a positive mentor and role model.
