About The Position
Our Wellness Coaches provide a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all members. You'll be the face of the Wellness Center—present, approachable, and ready to lend a helping hand with equipment or answer questions. From keeping fitness areas spotless and organized to celebrating our members' personal wins, you’ll help build a community where everyone feels like they belong.
Requirements
- Aware of safety considerations and guidelines for individuals with limitations
- Motivated and a great motivator
- Sense of privacy or confidentiality with sensitive information
- Passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and knowledgeable of contradictions
- Inclusive of all levels of health and fitness, personality types, etc.
- Flexibility to adjust task priorities
