About The Position

At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids 6 months through 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident making friends running the playground and raising their hands high in the classroom. In other words… kids who will win at life! We like to work hard and play harder because we're big kids at heart. KidStrong is a vibe. A really fun, positive, happy one! Put on some black joggers and socks, and WORK IT. When we say #greatplacetowork, we mean it - snacks, living wages, and fun are all part of the pkg. Plus a flexible schedule and maybe even cake on the weekends. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Requirements

Someone who is high-energy, loves to build community.
A team player who follows through and always gives 100%
Reliable and communicative.
Our kids will bond with you, so ghosts need not apply.
A genuine love for young children – from 6months to 11 years
A background in sports, fitness or working with children is a huuuuge plus!

Responsibilities

Ability to work 2-5 shifts per week, including some weekend hours
Commitment to train hard and take direction well/easily
Stage presence – if the idea of performing sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you
Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do – it’s how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy!)
