This opening is for a new Exercise Coach studio opening. The Exercise Coach is where coaching meets cutting-edge strength technology, empowering trainers to deliver smarter, safer, and more impactful workouts in less time. Our high tech Exerbotics training equipment turns you into a smarter, more effective trainer—giving you real-time feedback, precise control, and the tools to coach clients with a level of insight most gyms can’t touch. The Exercise Coach® is a professional and distraction-free health facility! We offer clients what would be more accurately described as clinical exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, intimidating environment. The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology. We pride ourselves on the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of The Exercise Coach® where coaches are an essential piece.

Requirements

• Personable, encouraging, and enthusiastic.
• No personal training, group fitness certifications, or paid experience at a gym required.
• Will provide comprehensive paid training.
• Will provide a raise once training is completed.
• Phone call within 24 hours.
• Offer letter and coffee with the owner in 7 days.

Nice To Haves

• Direct track to become lead with 15% pay raise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
• Conduct initial consultations.
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results for clients and lead client education.
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions.
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics.
