About The Position

The Front Desk Representative will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. In addition to greeting members, this role will follow up on sales leads and clean the gym. Requirements

• No degree or previous experience is required.
• Dependable with a passion for health and wellness.
• Outgoing personality that is extremely comfortable talking to new people

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly
• Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
• Register all guests in the gym using proper registration procedures
• Provides new guests with a tour of the gym and helps answer questions about current membership options
• Drive sales efforts including calling leads, following up on emails and texts
• All members of the team also participate in cleaning of the fitness center
